CUPD has apprehended the suspects and has lifted the shelter in place. UMC remains closed until further notice with heavy police presence on site. No injuries were reported and there is no ongoing danger to campus.

Shelter remains in effect for main campus and has been lifted for East campus. Heavy police activity around UMC. CUPD is conducting a room-by-room evacuation of UMC. Avoid main campus.

Campuswide shelter in place remains in effect while CUPD investigates a reported armed robbery on campus. Two armed suspects were last seen fleeing on foot toward central campus. Suspects descriptions are as follows:
- Suspect 1: Male, 5’8” with blonde hair and blue eyes, wearing a red t-shirt and black Air Jordans.
- Suspect 2: Male in his 20s wearing a grey hoodie.
If you see these individuals, call 911 and do not approach.
