The bear came down from the tree near the Engineering Center and safely left campus. CUPD and CPW have cleared the scene.

CU Boulder Police and Colorado Parks and Wildlife have roped off an area on the northwest side of the Engineering Center next to the Math Building due to a bear in a tree. At this time, CUPD and Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) are monitoring the situation.
Please avoid the area. Do not call dispatch, CUPD is already on the scene.
